What are your fees?
Situations vary so much of course and to be more precise we would need to discuss your particular requirements in some detail. Our philosophy is quite simple though – we do our utmost to deliver genuine value for money in the hope that we can incentivise you to stay with us and recommend our services to others.
What are your contract terms?
Contracts are customised to meet your requirements. You may choose the length of the contract and any probationary period. We will never impose draconian contract terms.
What are your hours of business?
We are always here - even if you have a problem on Christmas day there is someone ready to help you.
Can we speak to some of your existing Clients?
Absolutely. Before we do anything else, we will put you in direct contact with existing client resident directors happy with our service.
We only require service charge collection - can you help?
Perhaps you are successfully self-managing but have encountered various awkward situations in your attempts to collect service charges. In this situation you may want to negotiate a customised agreement specifically for your credit control requirements.
Can we hand over services gradually?
Yes. As an example, if you have been self-managing but now feel you require the services of a managing agent, handing over financial control in particular can be a worry. We give you all the time you need to ensure a measured, piecemeal handover within your control.
Can we take ad-hoc help and services?
Yes. We can help with anything from routine Health and Safety inspections to major renovation projects.
Can we inspect financial information?
Your Company Accounts and Service Charge financial information will be circulated in accordance with government legislation. Supporting documentation will always be made available for inspection if requested, and within reason, we do not charge for such requests.
